Paving in both access and distribution areas of theatres, public toilets areas and elevators in honed white Caceres granite, large size and placed in skew. The same granite has been used to build solid steps in large amplitude sections. Facades had been covered with ornamental panels according to the design of the project, by polygonal pieces forming a puzzle, with a smooth pointing finishing and installed with a system of profiles in aluminium and stainless steel.

Interior walls in the access and distribution areas were lined with special parts that follow the pavement joints, that determines its width and its height from floor to ceiling (in the hall areas). This work has had a special complexity in the placement of these pieces that are completely ventilated and subject specific anchors.
This project was awarded with the Architecture Prize of the Spanish Biennial of Architecture and Urbanism.
