It was awarded with the Architecture Prize “Piedra 2008” called by the Spanish Federation of Natural Stone and the Piedra Stone Show (Madrid).
This unique building has been clad in their noble areas with yellow San Martino granite in different finishings: sawn, Bush-hammered, honed, polished, both indoors and outdoors, with solid elements such as benches and the block edges installed in its foundations. A large amount of tiles in various thicknesses had been installed in walls and floors.
Even the ceilings were created in stone and its public toilets vanity tops were exclusively designed by the architects.
External urbanization was also performed by Granilouro.
